Chicken Marsala – chicken breast lightly pounded “scaloppini style” and sautéed in a
Marsala mushroom sauce

Chicken Farci – boneless breast stuffed with cranberry and aromatic stuffing, lightly
glazed with sauce supreme

Lady Katharine Aubergine – baked eggplant cutlets, panko crusted, layered with ricotta
cheese & Marinara sauce

Beef Tips Bourguignon – braised melt-in-your-mouth beef marinated in cabernet,
shallots & peppercorns

Pork Loin Rosemary – roasted to perfection, thinly sliced and accented with a savory port
wine sauce

Filet of Sole Piccata – ocean fresh, sautéed to a golden finish in a lemony white wine
sauce with capers

Salmon Filet – baked with a lemon dill butter glaze

Prime Rib of Beef – our famous, certified Angus beef is slow roasted and carved lean to
order. Hot au jus and creamy horseradish served aside

Baked Stuffed Shrimp – stuffed with a shrimp/crabmeat stuffing kissed with clarified
butter and lemon
